Sessions are available anytime from 16-36 weeks, making this a wonderful gift for yourself or an expecting loved one.

  • What is hypnobirthing, and how does it work?
    Hypnobirthing is a full antenatal programme which includes antenatal education, breathing techniques, visualisation and relaxation techniques.
  • When should I start hypnobirthing sessions during pregnancy?
    The earlier the better so you have plenty of time to perfect the techniques, anytime for 24 weeks.
  • Can hypnobirthing really help with pain relief during labour?
    Hynobirthing helps to reduce the perception of pain which promotes a comfortable birth
  • Do I need to have a natural birth to benefit from hypnobirthing?
    All births will benefit, whether you are planning a home birth or have an elective caesarian planned.
  • How many sessions are included in the hypnobirthing package?
    4 sessions are required to cover everything, each session lasts 2 hours.
  • Can my birth partner be involved in the sessions?
    We highly recommend pithy partners to be fully involved in the hypnobirthing sessions.
  • What techniques will I learn in a hypnobirthing session?
    Breathing techniques, visualisation and relaxation techniques.
  • How does hypnobirthing help with reducing fear and anxiety about birth?
    The idea is for hypnobirthing to release fear and tension allowing the body to birth effectively and comfortably.
  • Can I practice hypnobirthing techniques at home after the sessions?
    To get the most out of the techniques, you must practise them at home.
